Lemony Herb Dip All quantities are approximate. 1 cup whole-milk yogurt 1-2 T dehydrated minced onion 2 t *toasted onion powder 1 T dried parsley 1/4 t celery salt 1.5 inches fresh rosemary, leaves stripped from stalk, and minced 1/4 cup minced scallions zest of 1 dinky lemon sea salt, 1/4 t, or to taste coarsely ground black pepper, to taste If you're going to be eating it soon, combine the ingredients in the order listed. The dried stuff, particularly the minced onion, needs time to soften up and flavor the yogurt. *Toasted onion powder is much more intensely flavored than regular onion powder. Penzeys is the only company I know that sells it. If the regular stuff is what you've got, I suggest using a bit more.
